Handmade boots require a 50% deposit when ordering Any boot that was ordered with custom sizing such as two different size feet or slim or large calf for example are not returnable. If you already have a pair of boots with special sizing that fits you well we can send that pair to the factory so they can copy the size. We can also arrange for you to go to the factory or a store near you to be measured.
Handmade boots that are stock styles with no customization may be returned for an exchange or a 10% restocking charge. Handmade boots with customization may be returned with a quoted restocking charge. For example if you have your initials inlaid in the pull straps then the boots have to have the pull tabs removed and replaced.
